1. Who we are

DoPremávky.sk is an independent learning platform for the Slovak driving-theory exam. We are not financed by or affiliated with the Ministry of Transport of the Slovak Republic or the traffic police (dopravný inšpektorát).

2. What we process

• name / nickname and email on registration,
• password stored as a hash,
• game progress (XP, hearts, streak, completed lessons),
• account settings (e.g. theme),
• technical data needed to run the service (e.g. session cookie).

3. Why we process it

We use your data to create and manage your account, save progress, keep the service secure, and communicate with you. The legal bases are performance of the service agreement and our legitimate interest in running a safe platform.

4. Retention

We keep data while your account is active or as needed to provide the service. After an account-deletion request we remove data within a reasonable time, except where law requires longer retention.

5. Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, or portability. Contact us at the email above. You may also lodge a complaint with the Slovak Data Protection Authority.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies / session storage for login and app operation. We do not use aggressive advertising trackers.
